We provide relocation guidance and real estate support to people moving to Spain, with a focus on Seville. Our services include consultations, neighborhood tours, rental-search support, and guidance on buying property and investing in Spain.
3. Not legal, tax, or financial advice
The information and guidance we provide is general and practical. It is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice. For visa applications, contracts, taxes, and other regulated matters, you should engage a qualified Spanish lawyer (abogado), tax advisor (asesor fiscal), or notary. We can help coordinate with these professionals.
4. Fees and bookings
Service fees are stated on the Services page and agreed before work begins. Some services are paid via third-party platforms (for example, Calendly or Stripe). Bookings and payments are subject to the terms of those platforms as well as ours.
5. Use of this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse its forms or tools. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, and design — belongs to Move to Spain with Stephanie or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our consent.
